Ingredients

1.5oz Blanco

.75oz Agave

.75oz Fresh Squeezed Pineapple Juice

.75oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

1 Dash Rhubarb Bitters

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Pour Blue Star Blanco and all other ingredients into the shaker.

  3. Shake for 30 seconds to combine ingredients.

  4. Strain from shaker into a rocks glass and garnish with fresh pineapple before serving.
