Blue Star Blanco
Hawaiian Cowboy
For this perfect tropical-meets-rustic cocktail, you’ll be balancing Blanco Tequila’s fresh herbal notes with sweet pineapple juice, bitter-sweet Blue Curacao and creamy coconut. Make sure you’ve got crushed ice to hand, and don’t forget the garnish!
Ingredients
1 cup crushed ice
2 fluid ounces of pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce of Blue Star Blanco Tequila
1 fluid ounce blue Curacao liqueur
1 fluid ounce cream of coconut
1 pineapple slice
1 maraschino cherry
Directions

Combine crushed ice, pineapple juice, Blue Star Blanco Tequila, Blue Curacao, and cream of coconut in a blender.

Blend on high speed until silky smooth.

Pour into a chilled highball glass.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
